Founder and lead
Meet Adebayo Azizat.
Six years of this work keeps showing the same three problems arriving together: the business is not seen clearly, the week is not organised, and the next decision is being made on instinct. Toyzie Studio exists to take all three.

01 / Introduction
The person behind the studio.
Adebayo Azizat founded Toyzie Studio to work with founders and small teams on the parts of a business that get postponed. Social channels that nobody owns. Administration that sits in one person's head. Decisions taken without looking at the market first.
She has worked in social media management, business support and market research for six years, and now works with founders, startups, personal brands and growing companies internationally. Client work is handled by her directly, with support brought in where a project needs it and always disclosed.

02 / Method
How she works
01
Understand before acting
The first questions are about the business, not the service. What is actually going wrong, who it affects and what would count as better.
02
Put a structure around it
Work that repeats gets written down and scheduled. Nothing important should depend on somebody remembering it on a busy week.
03
Communicate clearly
You should know what is in hand, what is next and what is waiting on your decision, without having to ask for an update.
04
Use evidence
Recommendations come with reasoning and sources. If the evidence is thin, that is said rather than dressed up.
05
Do the small things properly
File names, follow-ups, captions, formatting. The small things are what a client notices, and what tells them the rest is being handled.
03 / The three together
Why Toyzie Studio brings the three together
Visibility, operations and market understanding are usually treated as separate problems, handled by separate people who never speak to each other.
In practice they move together. Research tells you what the market responds to, so the content has something to say. Content creates enquiries, which creates administration. Administration handled properly gives you the time to act on what the research found.
Keeping the three in one place means the person writing your posts has read the competitor analysis, and the person organising your week knows what the channels have promised.

Each one is set out in full on its own page.
05 / Principles
Working principles
- Scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
- You are told what is happening, without needing to ask.
- Recommendations carry their reasoning.
- Deadlines are agreed rather than assumed.
- If something cannot be done well, that is said early.
- Your accounts, files and information stay yours.
The next step is a conversation.
Tell us what is happening in the business at the moment. The reply will say what Toyzie Studio would do about it, and what it would not.
