Toyzie Studio

Social · Support · Research

Social visibility, steady operations and sharper decisions.

Toyzie Studio brings social media, business support and market research together for founder-led businesses: run your channels, keep the recurring work off your desk, and bring evidence to what would otherwise be a guess. Your business, in good light.

For consultants, professional services and personal brands with commercial activity, and small teams where the founder still carries too much of the marketing, the admin or the decisions.

You might be here because

One of these sounds like your business.

More than one sounds right, or none of them quite fit? Ask for the Toyzie Review instead: A short, structured look at how the business currently shows up, runs and is understood by its market, so the reply says where to start rather than which service to buy.

The idea

Seen. Steady. Sure.

One promise, worked on from three directions at once.

  • 01

    Seen

A direction someone owns, a calendar agreed in advance, and a presence that holds up when a prospect looks you up.

  • 02

    Steady

The inbox, the calendar and the recurring work run to a written structure, so they no longer depend on what you remember.

  • 03

    Sure

What is actually true about your competitors, your buyers and your pricing, so the next decision is one you can explain.

What the studio does

Inbox, calendar, client onboarding, documents and the recurring tasks that quietly hold a business together.

  • Client onboarding
  • Document organisation

03 · Research

Decisions are being made on instinct because nobody has looked at the market.

Market research that changes the plan, not just the deck.

Competitor analysis, customer and audience research, pricing and positioning, written up so a decision can be made.

The work

Three situations, worked through properly.

Three client engagements across the studio's core services, showing the decisions, structure and deliverables behind the work.

  • A month of publishing planned on paper before anything is written.

    Social

Social presence for a consultancy that keeps going quiet

Prospects arrive from a referral, look the consultancy up and find a profile last updated six weeks ago. The business looks smaller and less active than it is.

    Independent consultancy, two peopleClient engagement

  • The first fortnight of a project written out as a sequence rather than remembered.

    Support

Client onboarding that stops depending on memory

A signed proposal is followed by a fortnight that looks different every time, because the steps between yes and started live in one person's head.

    Design practice, six peopleClient engagement

  • The competitor set laid out side by side before any conclusion is drawn.

    Research

Pricing evidence for a service with no public benchmark

Fees have not moved in two years and the diary is full, but no comparable provider publishes a price, so the decision keeps being made on instinct and then reversed.

How the studio works

A way of working you can see into.

The same four stages run through social, support and research, so you always know which part of the work you are in and what is expected of you next.

  1. 01

    Understand

First the business, the problem and what a good outcome would actually look like. This is a conversation, not a form. Nothing is proposed until the situation is clear.

  2. 02

    Organise

The problem becomes a short list of priorities and a practical way of working: what is being done, in what order, by whom and by when.

  3. 03

    Execute

The agreed work is handled carefully and consistently, at a rhythm you can rely on. You can see the state of it at any point without asking for an update.

  4. 04

    Review

What changed, what was learned and what should happen next, written down. Where something did not work, that is said as clearly as the parts that did.

Adebayo Toyosi, founder of Toyzie Studio

The person behind the studio

A steady pair of hands, with an eye on the bigger picture.

Toyzie Studio is led by Adebayo Toyosi, who has spent six years on this work. She oversees every client relationship personally, working alongside a team of specialists who handle the day to day delivery.

Her approach is consistent across all three services: understand the situation before proposing anything, put a structure around the work so it does not depend on memory, and say what was done and what it means in plain terms.

How we work

Six years of practice, held to four principles.

Toyzie Studio would rather show you how it works than publish numbers you cannot check. Client outcomes and references are added here as clients agree to be named.

  • 01

    Clear communication

You know what is happening, what is next and what needs your decision. Updates arrive before you ask for them, and they are short.

  • 02

    Research before assumptions

An important recommendation should have reasoning behind it. Where the evidence is limited, that is stated rather than covered over.

  • 03

    Details stay organised

Files, calendars, deliverables and follow-ups live in a system. None of it depends on somebody remembering it during a busy week.

  • 04

    Work with a purpose

Every post and every task is tied to something the business actually needs. Activity that cannot be explained is not worth paying for.

Competitor Research

What to compare when researching your competitors

Competitor research is only useful when everyone is compared on the same terms. How to choose the set, what to compare, and how to record it so it can be refreshed in an hour.
